COURIER SERVICE IN KYIV

We offer door-to-door courier service in Kyiv.

Order delivery time:1 business day

Delivery schedule: weekdays: Monday to Friday 12:00 – 20:00

Delivery cost:

    • Free if the order amount is higher than 1000 UAH
    • 65 UAH if the order amount is up to 1000 UAH

    DELIVERY AROUND UKRAINE

    We deliver to 29,000 settlements where there is a branch or a warehouse of one of the transport companies (of your choice). When ordering, please indicate the number of the branch or warehouse where it will be convenient for you to collect your order.The dispatch and delivery dates of your order will be informed by our contact center manager. You will receive an SMS or a Viber message when the parcel arrives at the pickup point. To receive the parcel, please show your passport or driver's license.

     

    The order is kept in the warehouse of Nova Poshta during 5 days after dispatching. It is then returned to the sender.

    Delivery time to Nova Poshta branch: 1-3 days after processing the order.

    Delivery cost depends on the place of delivery and the weight of the parcel, and is paid according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta. The delivery can be tracked with the help of the express number issued by Nova Poshta. In case of damage or loss of the parcel during transportation, Nova Poshta compensates the order amount.


     


    To send the order by Ukrposhta, please enter the index of the nearest branch where it will be convenient for you to collect your order.

    Delivery time to the Ukrposhta branch: 2-4 days after processing the order.

    Delivery cost depends on the place of delivery and the parcel weight, and is paid according to the tariffs of Ukrposhta.

    Transport companies charge money for their services so if you place an order and choose cash on delivery, please be aware that the price of money transfer will be as follows:

    • Nova Poshta - 20 UAH processing fee + 2% of the amount
    • Ukrposhta - 1% of the amount (but not less than 5 UAH)
    • Meest Poshta - 20 UAH processing fee + 2% of the amount

    WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

    After placing your order, the contact center manager will inform you the amount of payment, including shipping. While the parcel is in Ukraine, it can be tracked on the Ukrposhta site, then on the track24 site.
