HOW TO START COOPERATION:

2. To place an order, you must specify:

• Full name of the client;
• Telephone number;
• City and branch of NovaPoshta or Ukrposhta;
• Payment option;
• Name of product (product code on the site), quantity, size, and color.

3. Order information can be sent to us by email, Skype, Viber or by phone.

4. Delivery:

Orders are delivered by transport companies NovaPoshta or Ukrposhta

5. Payment:

• You make a 100% payment at "dropshipping price", and we send the goods to the client on your behalf.
• We send the order to your client on cash on delivery basis (conditions are discussed individually).
  

6. Sending orders:

Orders are shipped on weekdays.

• Shipment on the same day if the order is placed before 15:00;
• Shipment on the next working day if the order is placed after 15:00;

7. Return Policy:

According to legislation, bed linen, down and feather products, towels, and plaids are non-refundable*
