Making a return on the site

How to return an item on the website

1. Go to your personal account.

2. Go to the "View your order history".

3. Select the order you want to return.

4. Click on the red button to the right with the image of the eye "view".

5. In the order, in the line "Product name" on the right, press the red button with the arrow "return".

6. On the "Return of goods" page, the order data is filled in automatically. Indicate the reason for the return, whether the product has been opened, and, if necessary, describe the malfunction in more detail.

7. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

8. Your refund request has been successfully added, you can view your refunds on the "Refunds" page on the left of your personal account menu.
